Wagyu means "Japanese cow", due to their black coat color. One of Wagyu’s main characteristics is its intramuscular fat, also known as “marbling” due to its similar aspect to marble. High marbling is one of the main reasons that makes Wagyu meat one of the most tender and flavorful beef in the market, besides the benefit of being an unsaturated fat. Wagyu is a breed that can only be raised in a special habitat and with specific feeding, so very few countries have optimal conditions to produce it. Chile is a world reference for being one of the best places for breeding this type of cattle.

Our company is pioneered the Wagyu segment in South America, implementing a breeding program based on a genetic pool of Fukutsuru 068, Hirashigetayasu, and Michifaku, breeds characterized by their high marbling conditions.  

We export top-quality Wagyu beef, after growing our cattle for almost 3 years, under stress-free conditions, in our state-of-the-art facilities. Our company follows the most thorough certified processes and European standards, and strict phytosanitary controls in place by the Chilean agricultural and livestock authority (SAG), ensuring a product free from hormones and animal origin proteins.
